As a consumer in the inglot.fi online store, you have a legal 14-day return policy on the products you purchase. The right to return is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the order. However, the right of exchange and return does not apply to hygiene products, such as opened cosmetics.

The customer pays his return costs himself.

For returns and complaints, please always contact us before sending your product back. We go through each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery

We will process your order the same, or within the next business day after the order is received. Delivery takes place within 1-3 days.

Delivery costs are 5.9 €. When you order more than € 50 up front, we will pay the postage on your behalf.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if for any reason the product is not available in our warehouse or our balance has not been updated correctly. In these situations, we will contact you immediately and make a refund immediately.

If the customer does not pick up his order by the last announced date, AM Beauty Oy has the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred for the non-picked package.
